On the eve of the new year, and we look toward 2010, let us choose to remember:
- God is love ~ always.
Love ~ suffereth long, is kind, envieth not, vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil, rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things ~ it never fails!
- Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.
- We can cast all our anxiety on Him ~ He cares for us ~ He really does.
- In this world we will have trouble ~ but we can be of good cheer ~ He has overcome the world.
- Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness ~ the other will be added.
- God will provide all of our needs.
- Be filled with the Spirit ~ it yields such good fruit ~ love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance ~ against such there is no law.
