Perfect Vision

I was thinking last night about God and how He always gets it right.  How He knows the truth, and nothing but the truth, about every situation.  He does not guess or have preconceived ideas based on what He has heard or been told.  He does not fall into the trap of deceit or misconception.  He does not miss the mark in His perception or fall into needless suspicion. He does not have to search out an answer, investigate, or figure it out. He knows the heart, the action, the mind ~ all of it. So, I wonder about mankind who, in the beginning, was made in the image of God.  What happened? Oh, yes ~ SIN ~ and the distortion began.

But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.
I Samuel 16:7

Oh, that God would grant us His wisdom, His discernment, His eyes, and His ears that we might not mix up a matter.  Oh, that He would put His love in our hearts, His compassion and His mercy.  That we all would remember whose we are ~ and why and how we got to be His ~ so that we walk humbly with our God and others.

When the view is distorted, remember,
it's best to leave a matter in the hands of the One who sees clearly.

If we only had God's wisdom, how peaceful we could all live. If we would just wait many times, and pray about something instead or reacting, things would be better too. Good post.
